**** for Wall Pilates App on Google Play Store

When applying for the app and going through the payments, the monthly subscription was indicated to be R154,90 (R1749,90 Annual) I chose this option and when I saw that the entire R1749,90 was deducted from my account, I immediately contacted the Wall Pilates support centre, requesting a refund, as I was not aware that the entire amount would be deducted. I was indicated to ask for a refund from Google Play Store. Which I duely went and did and then to be told, that Google Play's policies does not handle with this request (that I accidentally purchased the product). I then contacted Wall pilates again requesting to please do a refund, to which I got, that they also do not refund this option. What **** is this??? The reviews on Google Play Store are also not very good and this is actually a disgrace, that a company/business/app, just sees fit to take people's money, when they will not even be using the app and most of all made an incorrect purchase...
