Bad customer service, worse workmanship

Hired to make one sliding gate and two security gates. Arrived with horrifically badly made products (the one security gate was double the specs of the door, the wood of the sliding gate didn't even fit into the structure and was untreated pine, charged for powdercoating which wasn't done and spray paint was already chipping off, holes throughout products, and charged to lay a new sliding gate track then proceeded to weld a round bar onto our existing track) and then proceeded to fit two of the security gates in the worst fashion possible and then disappeared for days leaving us without a sliding gate and two rusting, useless security gates. Needless to say we fired him and lost our deposit.
