Flooring - bad service

Gift visited us and gave us a competitive quote to replace a damaged laminated floor with an expoxy coated concrete floor. Once the floor was complete it looked good until a week later cracks started appearing all over. We called him in and he came and removed the screed on the cracked areas and replaced with new screed. Again this cracked and we called a third time. He agreed that he would need to replace the entire floor as it was a problem. This at this own cost. We waited for him to have the finances to do this so for about 4 months we sat with an ugly patched lounge floor that was continuing to crack. Eventually he came through and chipped off the old screed (and left it for us to deal with in a huge pile in the garden). He app**** a bonding agent and new screed. Two days later he came to paint the epoxy coating on. It all looked good until 2 days later the cracks started appearing again, but his time securely bonded screed that was cracking. He was notified of this and he went to his supplier who suggested a thicker coat of epoxy paint. It has been a year and our floor is still not fixed. He has no money to fix it and will not return or answer our calls. We sit with a disgusting looking floor and a pile of rubble in our garden. Please do not use him, you will be sorry.
