We noticed you app**** for a 2011 Toyota auris we had for sale and unfortunately you were informed the vehicle had been sold before you could conclude the sale. We understand the frustration on your side and applogise for any inconvenience caused.
We work on a first come first serve basis on conclusion of the sale and unfortunately your deal was not able to be concluded before other applicants due to the following reasons:
1. Your documentation was send in late on Saturday. This in turn only allowed for your application to be done on Monday morning.
2. You were in negotiations regarding your trade in as you were not satisfied at the value offerd.
3. You were in negotiations with the price of our vehicle as you were not satisfied with the costs.
Kindly bear in mind that all this leads to a delay in concluding the sale unfortunately and the interim other applicants from one of our 6 sales team were busy with conclusions on there sales and in turn concluded before your deal.
Furthermore our manager had personally contacted you to verbaly appologise and offer to source another in the within the same specs which your agreed and accepted.
Again, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by not being able to conclude your deal before other applicants. We do hope you allow us the opportunity to source you another vehicle.
