Frustrated and hurt

On the 3rd of May, I was bumped by one of the drivers from the above-mentioned company. The driver failed to press brakes in time, consequently bumping the rear of my car.

I suffered a neck Injury due to this, couldn't go to work for a week. And I also couldn't take my kids to school.

When contacting them, I was transferred to a Mr Mahlangu ***) who is apparently a supervisor. He gave me a runaround but eventually told me the driver is supposed to pay for the damage not the Company.

Today, I called their office explaining what happened. A guy named Jimmy called to inform that they will not compensate as my disc expired in February this year.

I found this very upsetting as they were also hurling insults in the background. I would duly appreciate your assistance in this matter.
