Bad driving reported

Terrible driving from the driver. Rolled back twice into my car and proceed to driver away not wanting to exchange details for accident report. The company is suppose to transport kids around safely to school and the incident happens, where the driver of the bus couldn't even stand up right and his eyes were gazed/red.
