Just NO NO NO SERVICE

Walkerville Post Office is all ways offline, hardly ever open, and has been closed for the last few weeks dew to INTERNAL DEPUTE. I have been waiting for my parcel from the US from Oct (arrived and cleared @ customs) It takes 5 days from the the US to South Africa and months to do a 80 km trip, how do you explain that ???????
