Ripp off at walkerville hardware

Went to the walkerville hardware to buy some items of which gumpoles 100to125mm was some of it, i paid and asked them to deliver on thursday. Thursday i get a call saying that they dont have the 100-125 they only have the 125-150 which i say thats ok send it and im on my way from work to pay the balance. I get there and pay the balance which the poles cost three times more but i need them urgently so i dont complain. Upon getting home i see that the poles are tiny so i go to measure them and they are under 100 which means they sent me ones from 75-100 . I take photos with the measuring tape and go straight back to see what happened. I show him the photos he appologises and gives me a refund. No sooner do i get back home than he phones me again begging me to come back and bring him the money. I go back there give him the money and say fine refund my card for the full amount and come pick up your stock i dont want it anymore. Now they say that they cant refund my card that they have to do an eft to me which he cant tell me when it will be done or when the stock will be collected. Will never buy from there again if i hadnt measured the poles i would have been ********** then i have the expense on my card for swipping twice and i have to wait for them to collect their stock and dont know when the refund will be done what a joke
