Walker Wargame

I am still disappointed to give them a 1 star rating. I have never in my live had such bad service than at the Cape Town Branch. I think that the guy who presents himself as the manger has no customer relations. The first day I bought an AR rifle it took me 1hr. This was due to the girls that did not know enough and the manager was busy with his own stuff. Not attending to any client, just busy being busy. I said to my son never to buy anything at this place again. He must rather go to Blades and Triggers. One week ago I found out that my son went back to the shop and bought a Sniper Rifle. He wanted his brother to play with him. He came to me and told me what he bought and I said that the Sniper Rifle will not work as he has an unfair advantage above him with his AR. He said that they will try it first. Saturday we went to the shop because my son said that the AR's bullets shot up. I asked the ladies to assist, but they did not have the knowledge so they said I must wait for the manager. He stood in front of me on his phone, talking to his friend, arranging their Sunday game, for approximately 15 minute. Thereafter I asked him if he could assist me. I told him what the bullets did and he opened the side and said that the compression was set fully up. I said he must show us as we do not know what it is and how to set it. He attacked me telling me that it comes from the factory, set totally down, to which I rep**** that if we didn't even know the flap could open so how would we have set it. I asked him to check the battery, which he did as my son said that the battery does not last long. He said that the battery was okay and we left it at that. Sunday myself and the 2 boys went to play against one another and my son said that the sniper rifle does not work as he wanted. We basically shot 30 rounds with the rifle. Today I went to the shop to find out if I can exchange it for another AR. The ladies opened the gate. I asked them if they could help me and they said I must speak to the manager. He was leaning over the counter talking to his friend having coffee. I stood there looking at him and him looking at me. I then realised that he will not come over to me as he has no customer relation skills and therefore I walked to him. I told him that my son made a mistake buying the Sniper Rifle and that I want to know if we can exchange it for an AR. He said "we don't do returns" I said that I will take a loss and pay in. He said "no" Still leaning over the counter and having his coffee as if he does not give a damn.

It is the first time we bought an Airsoft gun and we had no idea on how the sport works and how the guns work and no one even took the opportunity to even give us one pointer on what to do or how it works. I am very sure that the shop in Cape Town will not last very long with this manager (damager) in control of things.
