Very good customer service

I bought an airsoft pistol on the 15th of April 2018. For some reason some parts were failing within the first week of testing the weapon and when I wanted to take it back to them, for some reason, I was unable to find my slip. I spoke to a guy named Jason over the phone to explain him my situation and he had no problem printing me another slip, he also serviced my gun for me and told me it should be ok now. Brilliant service
