Poor customer service and lots of defective products.

Always used this shop and spent a lot of money there, but recently had two issues regarding a mag and a brand new pistol. From the onset the pistol did not cycle and the spring came out of one of the mags. I returned there today to exchange the items, but there was no one avail;able. The ladies had an attitude that there is nothing that can be done until the technician is there on Wednesday and they did not want to get me Henry's number to sort out the issue. After obtaining the number from the CT branch I was again was told that a tech had to look at the gun. I am not interested in a gun that a tech has to look at, I need it replaced or get my money back. I spent 3 hours of my day driving there only to be turned away. There was also an issue of my other son's magazine's spring having popped out, which was "repaired" , but now does not lock and the spring is still bulging out. It was insinuated that the spring just does not "pop" out and that someone had tampered with the magazine, causing that spring to have come out. After I phoned a second time to demand my money back, the phone was just put down in my ear. Well, I would not recommends this shop to anyone as I can count on two hands the amount of issues people had with items bought there, that either had to be replaced or refunded. Rather use Cerberus or Airsoft HQ, at least they give you immediate personal service and not a runaround.
