NOT GETTING MY MONEY BACK

My son went to buy a BB Gun in this store in Cape Town and paid cash. 2 days later he took the gun back as when he tested in the garden it was jamming. The store managers said he had to leave the gun in the store and they could not give him a different BB gun . The owner could only be contact by email.After emailing the owner over and over again we eventually got a reply to say when he is back in Cape Town he will look at the gun . We left telephone numbers and no one contacted us back. We left messages in his JHB branch with phone numbers and when he was there he still did not return our calls . After going back to the store in Cape Town , the managers said Henry Zhang said he will only refund the gun taking off 10% because the gun is now used. The staff do not want to give us his cell number to contact him as they say they are not allowed. I have never had such disgusting service from a retail store. We had to once again leave the store with out the gun or the refund until Henry Zhang decides to give us our full payment back. I am now having to contact the Consumer Council to get involved. I will NEVER recommend anyone buying from this store as there is no service at all.
