Bad Retailers

<p>I bought a pair of "Combat Pants" at R1200,00 sold to me as very strong durable pants . This was definitely not the case as on the first day of using it , the zip's stripped, losing a few items during the game including my wallet . The next week I returned the pants and asked for a different design as this one is inferior. As I have now come to learn Henry Chang is never available at any of his stores and doesn't own a cellphone, only communicates via email. (We now know why)</p> <p>He was not willing to replace my pants with a different design, and claimed he will have the zip's repaired. This is not really what I wanted but thought he is willing to help. <br />After two weeks of handing it back in, I'm told my pants are fixed and ready "No Charge" . (Oh how gracious)</p> <p>On arriving I found NOTHING has been fixed or repaired , the zip's are the same ones and was only wiggled and reset I guess...after opening and closing a few times it broke again....</p> <p>Henry Chang still won't replace my faulty pants.</p> <p>Please don't waste your money at #walkerwargames ...they will not assist you</p>
