Dentist's rooms deliberately exploiting people.

II went to this Dentist on Friday, July 11. Upon arrival the receptionist asked me about my business there. I told her that I want one tooth extracted. I then continued to complete the new client's registration form where I also stated that I only want a tooth extracted. She then told me that consultation fee is R470. In the dentist's rooms, I told him what I needed done, and that I do not have a lot of money, but can afford the consultation fee and to extract one tooth. He must please advise me if he is doing something that will cost me extra. He continued to examine my mouth, and then asked me to step into the next room to take an x-ray of my mouth. HE DID NOT TELL ME IT WILL COST ME AN EXTRA R750. After returning to his rooms he then produced the quotation to extract multiple teeth - which I didn't ask him to do. He further then told me that he isn't sure if his receptionist told me that they DO NOT EXTRACT TEETH ON A FRIDAY, I must please come back on Monday morning to pay for consultation again and to extract the tooth. I was excused and given an invoice for R1060, and I still have the problem tooth in my mouth!!! I could only pay R590 with my card. The receptionist asked me to pay the outstanding amount on Monday morning when I'm expected to come for the extraction. I am absolutely disgusted with the way they knowingly exploited me. They could have told me before I saw the dentist that they don't do extractions on a Friday!!! I feel like I've been ******, and went to my Bank branch to dispute this transaction as I was compelled to pay before leaving. I shall know by next Wednesday if they can reverse the transaction. I need help to get this money back please.
