****ty support and ****ty product!

Never received either order- or trackingnumber. That made the following correspondence difficult, because I had nothing to refer to. Due to the fact that months went by with no package delievered, I sent several e-mails to customer support and was completely ignored. Finally after weeks they thanked me for my patience (I had none left!). When I got the package the produkt was useless. I don’t know how that would ever fit anyones feet. I contacted support again and was once again ignored despite several e-mails. Weeks after they rep**** with an adress in China as return adress - and that the return was on my own expense. At this point I just gave up!
