In November 2020 we booked with walala wasala tour for a trip to Capetown that was supposed to be on the 1st of March 2021, however on the 28th of February the trip was canceled without any tangible excuse and we were promised refunds that was supposed to happen within 7 to 14 days it's been 40 days still no refund and every time we are told that the place we were supposed to stay in CLUB MYKONOS haven't refunded them secondly KULULA. COM also haven't refunded them due to them being under financial rescue... The person liable for our trip is Precious with her so call partner Njabulo and now they're avoiding us. We are a group of 10 people.
