UNFAIR TREATMENT

My girlfriend started working for Wal Training Company in August 2023 as a cleaner, her name is Refilwe Moswai( ***) she worked till the company close on the 23 December because the company was moving to the new premises and the company reopen on the 15 January but Refilwe was told not to come back yet because they are busy with the set up.

On the 17 January Refilwe received the termination letter with immediate effect and on the letter she was promised to be paid full for the month of January as the letter states. The payment didn't get through until Refilwe check with the admin who told her that the letter was sent to her by mistake but she does not have work anymore . I see this as unfair to her because she deserves the full remuneration for the month of January as per the letter.
