Theft of my money and furniture

I am in the same situation as it appears many others. I had 1 successful use of Wakfers and was so impressed I gave them a whole lot more to recover and make for me, supplying my own fabric as well. It has now been 3 months since everything was collected from me, and as I was promised delivery 3 weeks ago I paid the balance due. Now there is no answer to my calls or emails and I also want to open a case of theft!!
