No delivery on my chairs

My chairs went for upholstery at Wakfers beginning of January, last time I had any communication from Nicola was on the 15th Feb when I enquired about the delivery of my chairs and she responded that it will be by the end of that week. Since then her phone has been off, she does not respond to my emails
