Very poor performance and service

A very disappointing experience with this company. After I paid them to create my website and handle my marketing, they suddenly decided—without warning—that they are "no longer doing marketing" starting in 2026.

They moved me to a different marketing agency without my consent and left me in a project group where everyone from their team has now left. There is no communication, no explanation, and no one managing my account. When I ask what’s happening, responses are extremely slow or nonexistent.

The marketing manager told me the group was created for "smooth communication," but the reality is there is no communication at all. The owner of the company is nowhere to be found, and everything has come to a stop.

It’s completely unprofessional to take payment for services, then decide to stop offering those services and abandon clients mid-process. I feel completely stranded.

If you’re considering working with them, be very careful. They are not reliable, and you risk being left without support after paying.
