Not the "Best" – A Very Frustrating Experience

I need to share my experience with this agency, especially after seeing all the five-star ratings. To be honest, I’m very curious where those perfect reviews come from.

Our website, which they built, keeps getting taken down. It just shows “page not found,” over and over. I have screenshots if anyone needs proof. We’ve asked their team countless times why this happens and what they’re doing to fix it. The response is always slow and we still don’t have a real answer.

What’s even more frustrating is that they keep pushing us to run ads. How can you run ads when the website isn’t even working? It doesn’t make sense. They claim to be the “best digital marketing agency in South Africa,” but our experience has been the complete opposite.

Communication is another issue. They have a team of eight, but only one or two people ever respond. The owner even left our group and seems nowhere to be found. It feels unprofessional and disorganized.

After looking closely, I’ve noticed some of the five-star reviews are from friends or people connected to the agency. So please, if you’re thinking of working with them, be careful.

In my view, they are not the best. They don’t deliver what they promise and they don’t fix problems when they arise. That’s why I’m giving two stars and that’s being generous based on our ongoing struggles.

Advice: Look elsewhere if you want reliable service and a website that actually stays online.
