Do not waste your time or money with this company

My 3-month experience was a lesson in unprofessionalism.

The communication is abysmal. You will wait weeks for a reply, even when your website is down and losing you business. The CEO, Mr. Marchant, is the biggest problem. He sends hostile messages in response to simple questions and has a habit of angrily leaving the group chat for a service we paid for, with no explanation.

Their claim of being "the best" is a total lie. The work was poor, and the service was worse. The five-star reviews are baffling, as my real-world experience was a nightmare of delays, excuses, and disrespect from the top down.

Look at the one-star reviews—they are the accurate ones. I've attached photos as proof. Steer clear.
