Could be better

I have unfortunately found working with Wake Up Digital extremely challenging.

Communication has been a major concern for me, particularly when emails are not responded to promptly. I have also been disappointed with the overall presentation of my website, which I feel does not reflect the professional image or standard I expected.

Another difficulty has been trying to communicate changes and ideas primarily through email. In my experience, this often leads to the intention behind the request being misunderstood or not interpreted in the way I had envisaged.

For these reasons, I have decided to move forward with someone I can communicate with directly and have a more hands-on working relationship with.

I appreciate the work that has been done to date, but I believe this is the right decision for me and for the future development of the website.
