Wakefields Shelly Beach. Recently my husband and I put a little unit we own on the market with Wakefields and various other agents in the Shelly Beach Area. No agent had a sole mandate. Guy Yeadon of Wakefields Shelly Beach has been absolutely brilliant. He has worked tirelessly to sell our unit whereas the other estate agencies have all but ignored us. To be fair Khwezi of Pam Golding has also tried her best but nowhere near as dedicated as Guy. Sadly our unit has not yet sold and so we have decided to rent it out. Again Wakefields have pulled out all the stops. This time Patty Sampathmany has done a sterling job keeping us informed and sending through information and paperwork with speed. Well done Wakefields.
