WAKESFEILD UNPROFESSIONALiSM
i recently app**** for a bond via Absa and the sales lady request an offer to purchase.then approached the estate agent that was assisting me and requested an offer to purchase.he then gave me a purchase sales agreement to sign, not aware of the fact that it is a binding document should my bond be approved and he also did not explain the clauses that was in the contract ,i had signed the contract and was not aware of a cooling of period later that month my bond was approve and had to cancel the bond because my husband was relocating to JHB and did not notify the estate agent because i was not aware that i had to notify him when cancelling the bond. he is now suing me for his commission ,then he told me the only way out is to apply for the bond again which i did with a new purchase sale agreement .I had re-app**** for the bond and it was declined because i certainly can not afford it. chris Nel being an estate agent is very unprofessional, with holding a reputation of being the gaints of all estate agents one would expect the agency to advise clients on on their CONTRACTS if you client has a change of mind you will still be responsible for the agents comm.
