Uninterested, Rude Estate Agent

My husband and I were interested in renting a property in Phoenix which was being handled by Sanjay at Wakefields Gateway. We got all the necessary documents sent to the Agent and he advised we needed to fill in a <br> Credit Approval document and a lease. When I got the documents, there were charges there, not discussed before. When I asked the Agent about the charges he refused to answer me and said someone else got the lease. I phoned the Branch Manager and he just said the charges were standard. I spoke to the landlord and he said he'd contact the Agent and that the no one else got the house. The landlord advised the Agent to amend the document, which the Agent said he'd do and send to me. I kept calling the Agent and he keeps cutting my calls.
