Saffia Kasim- Wakefields Chatsworth BAD ATTITUDE

I am very disappointed with the service I received from Chatsworth Wakefields agent Saffia Kassim. I was delayed in traffic, which happened to be Friday afternoon traffic and an accident. We (family) still apologised - we don't have control over what happens in traffic. Then she tells us that we must take our shoes off to go upstairs to see the bedrooms. She tells us her clients have rules, which she could have told us before we got there. Before we leave, she tells us that we are rude to her client for not taking our shoes off, even though I took my shoes off and went upstairs. Adding to this she said we should not contact her again and we must go and find another agent. This house is a complex home priced at R1.4 mil. <br> How can you buy a house when you can't see what you buying? <br> Very pathetic service from your agent. <br> I would stay far away from this person ... never will contact such a rude abrupt woman again, as she lacks people skills and respect for the customer who is giving her business. Disgusting service.
