No confidence in Wakefields- Malvern

We’ve just given Wakefields Sole Mandate all the way until November over our property but are not confident that they are marketing the property professionally. They have discussed confidential, sensitive information with clients which may possibly deter them from buying. They have also advertised the property on their website missing mention of a spacious study as well as a forgotten en-suite. We’ve had three viewings so far all of which have been written off as the property not being affordable to them. Not happy with that excuse, in need of something more constructive, positive or negative as affordability would be determined somewhat before a property is seen. Spaces in our home are also being misrepresented by agents.
