HORRID SERVICE

I've been interested in property for a while now and left my name with a few Wakefields agent. A few times I asked for this particular propety and was told that it was sold until one day a guy from Wakefield Chatsworth called me saying that the properly is now available. I then went to view the property and put in an offer to purchase. The guy initially told us that he would not put us as back up buyers as the 1st offer to purchasers bond is not looking too good. We then signed the offer to purchase and I have submitted to the bank. The bank processed everything and then the guy calls me and say that I'm a back up buyer however on my offer to purchase is States September 2017 and we are now in October. The lawyer is now drawing up documents This error has caused so much of confusion not only for me but for the guys that app**** before me. The bank had to put their application on pause and wait for mine to be withdrawn(although the estate agent made the mistake on my offer to purchase) in Order he even mentioned that he spoke to his director and his director told him that the bond will not go through. This director was very rude to myself as Well as the banker that did my application. This whole experience has traumatized not only myself but my kids and fAmily as we thought we are going to get a new house. I'm extremely dissapppionted as to how this situation was handled!!!!
