Harassed by Agent in many occasions

I am being harassed by an agent who fails to respect myself. I have on record all text messages and thus can make this statement to which I am not taking lightly. Rosemary from the Phoenix branch is the person in question. I request very senior management to get in touch with me regarding this matter.
