Disrespectful Agent

Firstly I do not think the service I got deserve any star.

I am currently dealing Nkosinathi Manyathi in Amanzimtoti Durban who is very rude and speaks in a condescending manner.

I do not believe that a person dealing with clients on a day to day basis should have such an attitude. I needed clarity on a matter regarding transfer fees and all he could do was to get irate and displayed no empathy. He then started telling me he has other properties to sell etc. ( in short I was wasting his time). I understand I don’t have a final say in the matter I was querying but his tone of voice is unacceptable, I am not sure if it is your company’s policy to be disrespectful to other people. At no stage did I raise my voice to him but he just continued to such a point that he even asked me if I want him to be a ‘pick pocketor’ like the guys in Kwa Mashu which had nothing with the conversation at hand.

I am not sure if your calls are recorded but I will be glad if someone can listen to his call, I’d like to know how will he feel if someone spoke to his mother or sister in that tone.
