Agents listing a vandalised property for 650k without even viewing it and failing to communicate

I contacted Vimla about a property she listed for 650k. Whilst questioning her about the property, she revealed that it's a fixer upper but that she hadn't viewed it herself yet. I know the area very well as I lived in Wentworth and asked if she was aware that, the property was situated in an area that is known for drugs and drive by shootings etc and that it wasn't a "fixer upper" but a shell as everything is in bad condition and is totally vandalised. Even the copper pipes, bathtub, windows, flooring, cupboards, taps are either removed or non existant. She became defensive and even compared the area to Umhlangha, saying drugs is everywhere. How can you list and put a value on a property you haven't even seen. She then cut the call and didn't call back. I asked to view today, she said she would be there at 2pm, I waited, she didn't call, I called her and she said she's still at the office waiting for the keys of the property. I waited another 20minutes after viewing through the broken windows, spoke to the neighbour and left. Whilst I understand that it's about making commission and everyone needs to make a living, but she blatantly showed me, in my opinion that profits come before people. Totally unprofessional behaviour. I'm totally disappointed that such a reputable company can put value on something where no homework was done and until now Vimla still hasn't called to offer any apology for not communicating.
