Well done to Shane Govender for his excellent service

Well done to Shane Govender that has taken over from the previous maintence manager. I logged a call on Monday regarding a leak on one of the pipes. I immediately got a call from Shane who advised me the my query will be attended to. And he did keep to his word. Every step of the way I received both an email and sms regarding the procedure and the process. A plumber was called immediately to the property to sort the issue. In all my months dealing with Wakefield this is first time we received such a quick response. The previous manager was very rude and difficult to work with but Shane seems to know what he is doing and most importantly the feedback and the response is excellent.
