Wakefields Property Management

We have Wakefields as the Managing agents for the Dorrington building. Like clockwork they take the management fees. They provide almost no service and we continuously get attitude and obstruction from the staff. We have a portfolio manager, but it appears as if her secretary handles everything. The trustees end up having to do everything themselves and even after that they are very unhelpful. I believe half the problem with this system is the Eaab does very little to protect the public. If they provide poor service, use unqualified professionals and have major mistakes on management that affect the building, nothing is done, as the public you have to just try another agency hoping for a better experience otherwise repeat. But Wakefields Property Management is the Worst!!!
