WAKEFIELDS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

It is sad to see this business that has been established by My Wakefield,a person of integrity,respect,and honesty being brought down by some ***********,unprofessional staff who are not even properly knowledged appropriately for the occupation of portfolio(building management) and staff who are rude and deceptive and who look for every excuse in the book to mislead clients.It is also annoying when they respond to your emails approx 1 year later and when caught out behave as if they are right and the customer is a fool.RIDICILOUS WE PAY MONEY FOR THIS ?What is even worse is when you report this to a supervisor,who instead of listening to both sides of a story( at least have the courtesy to hear your customer) he listens to his staff and refuses to entertain the manner appropriately.Today in a service orientated industry referral is done by customer satisfaction and word of mouth and what is sad is that they lost out on 3 huge property management units that were referred to another managing company.I would really like Mr Wakefield to handle this one personally.
