WAKEFIELDS AND CLARIDGE COURT NO WATER FOR WEEKS
WOULD LIKE TO NO IF IT IS NORMAL FOR A BIG BLOCK OF FLATS LIKE CLARIDGE COURT 4 ANTON LEMBEDE STREET TO HAVE NO WATER FOR WEEKS ON END? AT FIRST THERE WAS JUST NUMEROUS FLATS IN THE BLOCK THAT DIDNT GET WATER OR GOT WATER IN DRIBBLES NOW FOR THE PAST WEEKS THERE HAS BEEN NO WATER IN THE WHOLE BLOCK!!! TENANTS ARE USING THE BEACHFRON FOR WATER AND COLLECTING WATER TO BRING HOME AND OTHERS ARE SHOWERING ON THE BEACHFRONT? THIS WATER PRESSURE HAS BEEN FOR YEARS ON CERTAIN FLATS BUT NOW THE WHOLE BLOCK? SO SO UNHYGIENIC? IF WAKEFIELDS IS LOOKING AFTER THE BLOCK PLEASE DO A BETTER JOB AND FIX OUR WATER...WHEN WILL WE HAVE WATER BACK? PLUMBERS ARE IN BUILDING SOMETIMES BUT WILL THEY EVER GET IT RIGHT? YOUR ANSWER IS AWAITED
We refer to your complaint and advise that the Trustees have confirmed that due to the lack of water pressure , a new pump was installed. Unfortunately this additional pressure affected the water pipes causing a number of leaks and the water had to be turned off to avoid further loss. This has now been corrected and we understand that all is now in order. We also mention that we do not handle the maintenance related issues in the building as these are done by the Trustees.
However should you have any further difficulties please approach us directly in order that we can do the necessary investigation and report back to the Trustees.
