The money was deducted on my account without my knowledge
I WENT TO CHECK MY BANK STATEMENT & FOUND THAT WAKEPROP HAD TAKEN DOUBLE OF THE MONTHLY DEBIT ORDER FEE FOR LEVY. I MADE A PHONE CALL TO THEIR OFFICES TO FIND OUT WHY. I SPOKE TO PHUMZILE MBUYAZI WHO TOLD ME THAT THE SUPERVISOR (MR DEAN) AT OUR FLAT TOLD THEM TO CHARGE ME TWICE BECAUSE THERE WAS AN OVERCROWDING AT MY FLAT THE PREVIOUS MONTH. I ASKED THEM TO REVERSE THE CHARGE BECAUSE 1. THERE WAS NEVER SUCH THING AT MY FLAT. 2. NO ONE INFORMED ME OF THIS INSTEAD THEY JUST TAKEN MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE<br> I AM VERY ANGRY ABOUT THIS ACT, I FEEL MY RIGHTS HAVE BEEN VIOLATED & THIS IS A ********** ACT.

In reference to this complaint we were instructed by the supervisor ( as this is the norm) to charge a member of the flat for overcrowding, yours being one of them, this charged was reflected on the monthly levy statement which was sent to you. Unfortunately you have a ''open debit order\with us and your balance owing was deducted These funds have been unpaid and returned to you. Please accept our apologies in this regard. Should you dispute the overcrowding the you will have to take it up with the Supervisor and Trustees Thank you,"2015-06-04 12:23:57,NULL
