Im very disappointed because last year jan my husband and I were looking for a house to rent to or to rent atleast but we were declined because of hes credit record but he did have money because he sold hes home after the passing of hes Mom. In Cape town and Johannesburg they do rent to own why Durban doesn't do rent to own? But we finally got a place to rent from those people that doesn't check on ITC and we paying R8000 rent per. ITC doesn't pay it money that pays. Now we want to move closer to hes work in pinetown but we cant find a place because we have a child 12 months. What is the use of a deposit because if my child break something i will have to pay for that or replace it. Most people have bad names because of the economy. It not that they dont afford but the past is affecting their future.
