Poorest Service(Property Mismanagement)
<p>Issues regarding complex at 134 Lena Ahrens Road were raised in Feb 2016 but till today nothing has been done there are only stories, They are interested to collect levies ontime but "No care", So many flats broke, cars broke but they don't care about safety and security of residents, can they be challenged at any higher authority. No AGM taking place.</p>

The chairman, who is the owner of the majority of the sections in the Body Corporate resides in the UK. His proxy, who lives in Durban, is unfortunately extremely ill and as a result we have had difficulty in getting decisions passed by either party. When the security matter was raised earlier this year, we sent the details to both the Chairman and his proxy and offered to obtain quotes for security upgrades (even though this is beyond the scope of our management agreement). Unfortunately we have had no feed back from either party even after further follow up on the matter.
Likewise, we have raised the urgent need for an AGM to be held on numerous occasions and we have encountered the same problem.
We are currently trying to make contact with the Chairman again and will suggest that he makes use of a new proxy to ensure that we resolve these issues going forward.
