Over charged levies by Esther Nadioo

Good morning All

Am very frustrated with Wakefield Management especially Esther Nadioo. She send me just now statement for levies with two month outstanding but I have paid last month on the 8th September 2020. But now on the statement she says I owe two months. This woman is ***** me because it not the first. First I paid because I wanted concrete proof that she do this intentionally. I have all over charged levies statement and proof of payment. Am on treatment for cancer now and she frustrates me this woman. When talk to her on the phone she rude.
