My TV

I'm a tenant where Wakefields is administrating on behalf of the owner. The owner sent an electrician to fix the lights in that process my TV was broken, I communicated with Wakefields to contact the Electrician who came took my TV for repairs now it's 6 weeks and I'm getting excuses everyday.
