I approched Wakefield Gateway to look for a property, we found a place and made an offer in October 2018. They assigned R and S Attorneys, and between these two they have been utterly useless. it is now June 2019 and we are no closer to lodging the flat, and I have no leg to stand on or cancel the deal, the owner and myself have been taken for a ride by the utter useless of both the branches. Frustrated is not the word, it has cost us a bucket load of money and yet we can't get answers from anybody. No the Levy clearance certificate is missing in action.

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND WAKEFIELDS OR R AND S ATTORNEYS TO ANYBODY, something that was meant to take 3 months has taken 8 months and the finance etc has been in place since November.

better to do a private sale than put up with this nonsence.
