Elevators // lifts have not been working for 4months and 10days

I Live in a Bryanston Heights durban which is a 22 story building. the building is managed by wakefield property management. To my understanding I think Max prop owns the building. From the 10 of October 2017 the lifts/elevators have not been working till today which is the 21 January 2018. The company thats managers the lifts/elevators is Kone elevators.The lifts stoped working in October because there was heavy rainfall in durban for a week which we do understand. Bryanston Heights has 4 lifts. 3 lifts are not working completely and one is the service lift which we use when you are moving your goods , that lift works but 90% of the time its not working. Hence people have to walk up and down a 22 story building. They are people that are on crutches that have to walk up the stairs to the 22nd floor. imagine you are on crutches your legs are paining and you have to walk up a fleet of stairs just to get to your apartment . There are people that are old that cant be walking up the stairs because thats bad for their health. when we ask the supervisor or the trustees of the building they just say they dont know when the lifts will be ready. In fact they just give us attitude. When we ask kone elevators they also give us attitude and tell us they also dont know. they said they have been waiting for a part for 4 months now , which I believe is a lie.Hello peter please help us there about 5000 people that live in this building and they are sick and tired. We cant even bring vistors to our apartment because of the lift problem. Please Please Please help. Bryanston Heights number for the supervisor is ********** .
