Dishonesty and unfair act from Wakefields property Management
I find this unfair ; dishonnest and ******* from Wakefields property Management to transfer property ownership based on lies and incorect information from the sales agent and the seller. I have been sold a 2 bedrooms flat in west street advertised with a levy amount of R1300. I also signed a sales contract for the same levy of R1300. All the paper work were submitted to Wakefields property Management for share transfer . I also paid to Wakefields the transfer fees and i received the e mail from Sabera khan that all the paper work are in order . Wakefield transfered the property ownership knowing that the levy amount was incorrect . Two weeks later i received a monthly levy invoice for R3400 to pay for the month of April for a 2 bedrooms flat in west street . The unit is not fancy flat , no parking , no lift in good condition operating in regular basis , no storeroom ,in the old building poorly maintained . To you all new buyer who want to invest in property managed by Wakefields property Management have in place all the precaution measures before paying transfer fees to Wakefields property Management . As you will pay for a poor service and waste of your fund .
