Disappointing service

<p>I am absolutely disappointed with the treatment I have received from the Wakefields Property Group.</p> <p> </p> <p>I gave 6 weeks notice to vacate an apartment I was leasing under the abovementioned establishment, upon my vacation I adhered to all procedures. I arranged two inspections with their Building Inspector, Rajesh, so as to assess the condition of the flat. The first inspection not only did he postpone the appointment but he did not have the audacity to notify me beforehand until I called him to confirm the appointment. For the second appointment, he did not have the courtesy to call me and tell me that he was running late. I am appalled by his lack of professionalism.</p> <p> </p> <p>After the final inspection, I handed over the keys to him and he promised to furnish me with a final report by the close of business on the 28th November 2016. To date, I have not received the report after requesting it from him on numerous occasions even after he assured me that he had completed it. He has gone from ignoring my requests to ignoring my phone calls completely.</p> <p> </p> <p>Even during my stay at Montclair, he always took his own sweet time attend to any repairs required. I had to live in an apartment with a gaping hole in the ceiling for 3 weeks and no light in the main bedroom for 2 years while under his tenure.</p> <p> </p> <p>I just want the report and to receive the balance of my rental and electricity deposit as promptly as possible because I no longer want to be bound to you. Rajesh is really letting your company down.</p>
