Bad service

We purchased a house recently and costs and everything was well done from both the seller and purchaser, however the purpose of an estate agent was not done. Tenants did not want to leave the house, no proper hand over to us was done, the agent had been trying to negotiate days for the tenants to live in the house we bought instead of making sure the house was empty when we arrived. I was assaulted and received death threats from the tenants while we we trying to move in. Wakefields received a percentage for this to flawlessly happen but their service was in vain
