Bad attitude

I called wakefield to discuss options for rental of flats this women gave me such a bad attitude as if I was inhuman and I was bothering her. Instead of trying to help me and advise me on correct channel of process she raised her voice and said go on to the website I don't have time to advise or call people back and she ended the call before I could even respond this is unacceptable service is our rental business not as important that we are treated and spoken to in this manner i would never want anyone to go through such ****ty service
