Worst service ever received

Wakealot - South Africas worst online shop. I ordered an item on your online store on 02/12/2018 order, till today we havent received feedback regarding the process of the order. I've phoned numerous times and spoke to Garth at your call centre and he just keeps spinning me a pathetic story and says he'll get back to you. Again i've tried calling your office but the phone just rings. Worst service i've ever received from an online store, i'd recommend people never to purchase anything from Wakealot - South Africas worst online shop.
