Wakelot poor service

I have ordered life jackets for watersport about a month ago. I received confirmation but then later an email to say there is a backlog with their orders. I waited two weeks and then tried to contact them but with no avail. I tried to phone their Jo’b office, the CT office and sent multiple emails to sales and enquiries. At last someone emailed back after a few days but just to say they will contact me. I am still waiting for anyone to give me an ETA or waybill number or any info regarding my order. Very poor service. I am wondering if this was a ****?
