Product never arrived

This must be the worse online shop in South Africa.

I cannot believe the level of service. I ordered a product on the 12 of November and after numerous phone calls, incorrect tracking numbers and a promise from the client(Operations Manager) to solve the problem the product has still not been delivered. It was shipped from Johannesburg to Middelburg (140km) and by the 26th of November I have had enough and asked for a refund. Will take another 5 working days to refund me on the purchase.

Absolutely dont use them.
